Fyne Audio F500E series speakers go nuts
Fyne Audio has cracked under pressure and announced a second finish to its all-Isoflare F500E series. In early 2026, the brand will introduce a richly textured Walnut option that brings a warm, natural look to the acclaimed entry-level line. Having opted initially for a single Black Ash finish to keep the choice simple and costs down, the range’s initial success means the walnut option will retain the same appealing price to save buyers from shelling out more.
Fyne MD, Anji Sozna, commented, “Wood finishes have always been a mainstay of the Fyne brand, and following a chorus of requests from the media, dealers and customers alike, we have responded with a new finish option for the F500E series. After much debate at Fyne HQ, Walnut was the nut-ural choice.”
Launched in 2025, the F500E Series marked a milestone in Fyne Audio’s journey, introducing Isoflare point-source driver technology across every model in the brand’s loudspeaker line-up. Combining decades of design and manufacturing expertise with technologies like Fyne’s patented Basstrax diffuser and Fyneflute cone surround, the series delivers premium point source imaging, wide dynamic range and musical realism at remarkably accessible prices.
When it launched, the F500E Series was offered exclusively in a practical Black Ash finish to focus on performance and a low entry price for the technology. The new textured Walnut cabinet brings a premium, furniture-grade aesthetic to the range, complementing everything from vintage record players to contemporary Scandinavian interiors, at no extra cost.
Beyond the change of colour, the F500E range remains pure Fyne Audio, from its precision-engineered MDF cabinetry and down-firing Basstrax diffuser to the custom Isoflare drivers that give every model its wide, even soundstage and pinpoint imaging. The result is a collection of affordable loudspeakers that continue to punch well above their price point, now dressed to impress as well as perform.
The Walnut finish will be available across the full F500E line-up, including the bookshelf F5E, the slimline floorstanding F55E and F501E, and both the F5E and F502E LCR home-cinema models, early in 2026.Fyne Audio’s entry-level range just got a little more refined, proving that even on a budget, you can have performance and a designer finish too.
