Custom Design are very proud to present their first speaker featuring the revolutionary Intra Specific Isolation Technology. This unique approach to speaker cabinet design provides the best of both aspects when manufacturing aspeaker. Namely, they offer a high mass value combined with thin walls, which are very rigid and inert.
This minimises any colouration or influence imposed on the sound performance of your music compared to traditional wood speaker cabinet designs. Thanks to collaboration from Falcon Acoustics, Custom Design have been able to manufacture the first ever speaker which features Intra Specific Isolation Technology, built into a steel, sealed speakercabinet called Kinetik Sound 2 or KS2.
The rejuvenating speaker cabinet design of the KS2, with the Intra Specific Isolation Technology, sets new standards in speaker cabinet design and performance. The Intra Specific Isolation Technology works by converting unwanted resonance energy into negligible heat and this is achieved through a balanced approach to the speaker cabinet design.
The small 15kg inert speaker cabinet has a very high mass value, combining very thin 6mm rigid steel walls, with theunique Custom Design Intra Specific Isolation technology. Exclusive to Custom Design the Kinetik Sound 2 speaker reproduces musical instruments with detail, precision to the musical performance and a warmth to vocals expressing passion and soul. But best of all an incredible mid range, separation, detailed staging with precision timing to the bass frequencies. Overall, this totally unique, inert speaker cabinet provides an outstanding sound performance with total and tonal musicality.
