Loud & Clear racing competition

Scottish retailer Loud & Clear, has again partnered with Racing Awareness Scotland to help support Dementia charities. And as part of this partnership, they are offering the chance to win a passenger ride around the track in an RAS racing car. Are you scared of fast rollercoasters? If you are, don’t enter this competition.

Racing Awareness Scotland was founded by Alex Milne in 2019 and works with Race Against Dementia, Alzheimer Scotland and Support in Mind Scotland. The RAS team works to raise awareness for these charities and campaigns to make life easier for the carers of those living with dementia. The team members all have first-hand experience of dealing with people who have mental health issues, and they understand how fun, laughter and friendship work to bring light into challenging situations.

The prize of a passenger ride around the switchback Knockhill circuit will offer the chance to experience the thrill of motor racing and also the fun and camaraderie of the sport. This year’s racing season starts in June. The RAS team’s first race will be on Saturday 19th June at the Knockhill Circuit in Scotland. A complete list of 2021 events is available here.

John Carroll, managing director of Loud & Clear Edinburgh, said, ‘We are pleased to be supporting Racing Awareness Scotland for another season, and look forward to helping them raise funds for their charities. I also look forward to seeing the face of the competition winner as they discover the thrill of speeding round the switchback circuit at Knockhill.’
